The LUX Grip creates the perfect symbiosis between Leica and iPhone. With legendary ergonomics, high-quality materials, and intuitive design, it brings real photographic character to the smartphone. The mechanical two-stage shutter release, a precise setting dial, and two individually assignable FN buttons open up endless possibilities for creative image composition. The Leica LUX app completes the system with iconic Leica Looks and by simulating legendary lenses, such as the Summilux-M or the Noctilux-M. The finely handcrafted cognac-colored leather pouch is available as the perfect accessory for the Leica LUX Grip.

Great intro to the Leica world

I bought this grip almost a year ago and it was my first Leica device. Between the device and the app I have learned a lot of the Leica ecosystem and there's still a lot more to learn. The Grip is an accessory to the app. The Leica Lux app has a lot different uses and the Leica looks and the photos app complement each other very well. I have enjoyed using a lot and I wish Leica will work a trade in program for the device for others to use and for sustainability purposes.

It's Okay, but i wish i didn't buy it

After a few months of use, I wish I had never purchased the Lux Grip. The Grip has had its fair share of charging and connectivity issues. The Leica App isn't as intuitive as it could be, and I often wonder if the quality is any better than that of the native iPhone camera app. If this grip worked with the iPhone camera app, I'd be more inclined to use it. As a camera lover, this has underwhelmed me and is now collecting dust. I wish I had my money back.
